consalio was born out of a widespread problem:

Project budgets are managed in spreadsheets. Invoices arrive too late. Forecasts are based on gut feeling. And when you realize that a project is getting out of hand - it's usually already too late.

We encountered this problem time and again, across various industries: Legal, Finance, IT, Transformation. Teams lacked real-time control over budgets, service providers and forecasts. The tools available were either too complex, too fragmented or simply not designed for the people doing the actual work.

So we decided to change that.

consalio is designed to empower the teams closest to delivery - with a centralized platform to track project costs, manage service provider spend and collaborate across roles.
