consalio is an early stage startup creating a new category of Software-as-a-Service (SaaS): Advisor Spend Management Platforms.
As an executive in large organizations, our founder Felicia experienced firsthand how essential information about advisor projects is not readily available. We jokingly say that B2B SaaS is still trying to disrupt spreadsheets shared via e-mail. But there is some truth to that.
We believe in buildings tools that delight users, the power of contextual information, and the importance of data in decision-making.
About the role
This is Seong, co-founder and responsible for the product at consalio. And we will be working together.
This role is for a product focused engineer in a startup environment. We value mature interactions, ambition, bold decisions, and learning. Joining a startup means choosing volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity. We meet this with vision, understanding, clarity, and agility. We are building a team of ambitious professionals who want to see how far we can go.
Our product engineers are obsessed with the problems of our customers. We are currently focusing on daily active users (DAUs). How to find and nurture them, how to create a positive feedback loop, which increases the value our product brings to our users.
We want to iterate at least 4x / week, but we are not there yet. We need you to get us there.
Requirements:
- A deep knowledge of at least one major programming language.
- Knowledge of different programming paradigms is a plus.
- Produced at least two commercial applications in the past.
- Knowledgeable of the protocols of the web.
- Can work independently on achieving larger goals.
- Can suggest different approaches to solving problems. Can describe the tradeoffs.
- Can translate goals into technical requirements.
- Excellent communication style.
