We are an early-stage, but industry experienced start-up based in Düsseldorf. consalio transforms the way how corporates and advisors work together by supporting corporate department heads as well as their teams in managing their advisors during recurring advisory services and large-scale projects. They can focus on what matters while consalio saves them time and money by continuously creating cost transparency and automating the interaction between the corporate and its advisors.
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Manager to join our growing B2B SaaS start-up. As the first hire in the sales team, you will play a pivotal role in building and scaling our sales efforts. Your main responsibilities will include establishing sales processes, implementing lead generation mechanisms, and ensuring the successful onboarding of customers and their advisors. You will work closely with the founders and other stakeholders to drive revenue growth and help shape the future of consalio. The ideal candidate is a sales all-rounder with a hands-on mentality, willing to take on responsibility and make a significant impact in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies and processes to achieve revenue targets, with a focus on department leaders (Legal, Finance, Tax, IT etc.) of medium to large sized companies.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through continuous lead generation mechanisms, including prospecting, networking, and other sales techniques.
- Lead sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospects, showcasing the unique value proposition of consalio and addressing customer objections.
- Collaborate closely with founders, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless onboarding process for customers and their advisors, including standardized customer success and after-sales processes.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, stakeholders, and partners on the customer side and in the industry.
- Stay up-to-date with (legal) tech trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to provide insights and recommendations for product and business development.
- Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to the management team.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of at least 4 years in B2B SaaS sales, preferably in a start-up environment.
- Experience in building and implementing sales processes, including lead generation mechanisms and CRM tools.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skillsin German and English. Ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of sales initiatives, while also collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with the legal tech industry and / or advisory services is a plus..
